If the order has not yet entered production, you may request changes or cancellation. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at design@vannaty.pt.
Vanatty pieces are produced individually after the order is placed. The production and shipping time is up to 10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
We provide a Size Guide on each product page. If in doubt, you can contact us with your measurements for personalized advice.
